This notice covers the SparrAI landing pages at sparrai.com. It explains what we collect, the cookies we use, and the choices you have.

Who we are

SparrAI ("we", "us") operates this site. For any privacy question or request, contact info@sparrai.com.

What we collect

Waitlist details - if you ask to be notified, we store the email you enter and the optional note ("what brings you here"), so we can contact you about contributing. We don't use it for anything else and we don't sell it.
Usage analytics - we use Google Analytics (GA4) in Google "consent mode". By default it collects anonymous, cookieless aggregate measurement (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) with no cookies and no way to identify you. Only if you accept does it set a cookie to recognise repeat visits and measure in more detail.

Legal basis

Analytics run on your consent (UK PECR / EU ePrivacy together with UK/EU GDPR). We process waitlist details on the basis of your request (consent) to be contacted.

Who we share with

Providers that process data on our behalf: Google (analytics, only if accepted), Amazon Web Services (hosting, London / EU region), and Slack (an internal notification when someone joins the waitlist). We do not sell personal data.

Retention

Waitlist details are kept until launch or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time - email info@sparrai.com. To change your cookie choice, use Cookie settings, or clear this site's storage in your browser. You can also complain to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk) or your local EU supervisory authority.
